When two of the most gorgeous souls come together under an epic coastal sunset you get this lusciously stunning styled same sex couple shoot that just oozes connection, love and intimacy.

The Venue

The raw beauty of the Phillip Island coast at The Cape Kitchen set the scene for this stunning shoot. Raw elements, sun, sand, rocks and sea grass were our inspiration. Sourcing the colours from the natural environment and sunset hues the amazing Naomi from Naomi Rose Floral Design set about creating this beautiful setting using both dried and fresh florals and select styling pieces. We wanted to create an intimate space for the couple, Beth & Kate, to express their love and also relax and enjoy being together.

Melina from Regnier Cakes made all the luscious treats and cakes adding a feasting, grazing type feel to the shoot. Furniture, rugs and styling pieces were provided by local shopping haven, Tyde. A total mecca for everything beautiful and coastal for your home.

The Couple

Our stunning real couple, Beth and Kate, were so natural and relaxed with each other. This was real intimacy, real feelings and beautiful emotion captured by Genelle from Immerse Photography in her usual candid and genuine way. Soft moody tones, intimate touches, and in between moments.

“I think it was particularly important that Beth and Kate felt comfortable on the day. We made sure they were onboard with our outfit and hair and make up choices as Kate being super sporty was more comfortable in the jumpsuit by the incredible Georgia Young Couture, whilst Beth suited the softer more flowing lines of the stunning All Who Wander range from Fairytales Bridal. Whilst staying true to our vision the Naomi, Melina and I had, we still made this shoot feel real and genuine. Which is exactly what we wanted.”
